                               RESOLUTION NO. 19623
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE NEW
                   AMPHITHEATER LOCATED NEAR THE WALNUT STREET
                   BRIDGE BE NAMED THE "MAURICE H. MARTIN
                   AMPHITHEATER" IN HONOR OF ONE OF THE
                   TRUSTEES OF THE TONYA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That it is hereby recommended that the 
new
       amphitheater located near the Walnut Street Bridge be named the
       "Maurice H. Martin Amphitheater" in honor of Maurice H. Martin, a 

       member of the Board of Trustees of the Tonya Memorial Foundation
       for over 40 years.
